You can fax us your documents.

Basic features

Our fax machines are always open to receive transmissions and automatically record the date and time when we received a document.

Confirmation copies

You should only send us original documents as confirmation in certain circumstances. You should clearly mark them "In confirmation of fax".

Filing dates

The filing date given is the date of receipt of the documents if the office is open for the class of documents, or if not, the next working day.

Fax-back service

We offer a fax-back service for a charge of GBP £25 per transmission.

Please note

Fax services are not reliable. Your documents may be intercepted or misdirected due to operator or technical error. You must not fax anything which you think might include information of relevance to national defence and security. Anything you fax is at your risk, though we will make every effort to ensure an efficient and accurate service.
