The site contains brief summaries of a wide range of cases relevant to the private or public prosecution of IP offences. You are free to print copies.
The summaries have been prepared and are regularly reviewed by members of Hogarth Chambers. The Chambers, based in Lincoln's Inn, specialise in the Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Media & Entertainment and Chancery/Commercial areas of law.
