Transferring ownership

You can transfer the ownership of your intellectual property (IP), by sending us the appropriate form and paying the fee if necessary. This is also known as assigning your IP.

Designs

You can assign the rights in your design by sending us Form DF12A.

Patents

You can assign the rights in your patent grant by sending us Form 21.

Trade marks

You can assign the rights in your trade mark by sending us Form TM16.
