You may be able to correct an error in your intellectual property (IP) application or registration.

Designs

You can correct an error in your design by sending us Form DF16A. We may ask you to supply evidence.

You can correct an error in your patent by sending us a request in writing. We may ask you to supply evidence.

You can correct an error in your trade mark by sending us Form TM21. You will need to supply an explanation in the form of a Witness Statement.
