Kevin Woodrow

Finance Director

Kevin joined the Office as Finance Director in September 2002. He trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young specialising in Business Computing Systems.

Kevin moved from accountancy practice to the National Rivers Authority, first in Internal Audit and then in the Finance function.

In 1995, he joined the "shadow" team established to form the Environment Agency. Kevin held various financial management posts within the Environment Agency between 1996 and 2002.
